Welcome to the registration page for the 2026 Culinary Federation National Conference!
Prior to beginning the registration process, please review the AGENDA and LOCAL TOUR details so that you know what sessions are of interest as you will be required to choose some sessions in order to complete your registration.
If you are a Chef Member, Young Chef Member, Life Member, Associate (Non-Member) or Companion attending the whole conference, please choose the FULL CONFERENCE PASS package option which includes the following:
- Welcome Reception (Monday)
- Daytime Meals (Tuesday - Thursday)
- Evening Event (Wednesday)
- Local Tours (Thursday Day)
- President's Dinner (Thursday Evening)
- Regular Conference Programming.
Partners, Board Members, Competitors and Guests will receive separate instructions on how to register.
HONOUR SOCIETY DINNER
Honour Society Dinner (Tuesday) tickets are not included in any conference registration options and can be purchased on the Ticketed Events page of this registration form.
EVENT TICKETS
If you are attending only certain events - WACS Judging Seminar (Sunday), Honour Society Dinner (Tuesday), Evening Event (Wednesday), President's Dinner (Thursday) - and NOT attending the full conference - you can register and pay for these individually by selecting Event Tickets only on the registration form. Note that each guest must be registered individually - when you get to the "Registrant Summary" page for the first registrant, click "Add Another Attendee" to register additional guests. For the President's Dinner specifically, you can also purchase a table of 8.
SINGLE / MULTI-DAY PASSES
Should you not be attending the full conference, you can register for individual days. Multiple day registrations need to be processed manually so please contact sue@stepinmarketing.ca for more information.
COMPANION TOUR PROGRAM
Companion Base Registration Fee includes Welcome Reception (Monday), Breakfast (Tuesday - Thursday), Evening Event (Wednesday, Local Tours (Thursday Day) and President's Dinner (Thursday Evening). Companion Tours on Tuesday and Wednesday are separate ticketed events - see COMPANION TOURS page for more information and tour descriptions.
