The event will explore how local ingredients, traditions and innovative chefs are "turning the tide" on our culinary landscape. By bringing together experts, artisans, and culinary professionals, the conference aims to inspire collaboration, celebrate the region's food culture, and foster a deeper appreciation for the maritime culinary spirit.

Our host destination also features a unique natural phenomenon - a TIDAL BORE - caused by the Bay of Fundy tides as they push more than 100 billion tons of water in and out of the bay, up the Petitcodiac River.
