Founded in 2017 by two brothers and their best friend, Willibald Farm is a distillery, brewery, and restaurant. This past year Willibald also opened Willibald Pizza in Galt. We are focused on creating innovative drinks that are inspired by tradition but not bound by it. The farm’s first product was a barrel aged gin, produced to have something while our whisky program matured. In 2019 the farm added a brewery which has gained popularity in Europe. Each year for the past four years we have been invited to Mikkeller Beer Celebration in Copenhagen. Our bestselling beer is our flagship IPA Dreamy. In 2019 we also started to produce ready to drink cocktails and seltzers and as of today we offer over thirteen different brands. You can find out products throughout Ontario, Nova Scotia, the EU, and Western Canada. Our bestselling product is our Purple seltzer, a Concord grape seltzer that is widely popular on draught.
