- River, Field & Forest – Cooking in the Wilderness Tour
Conference delegates will embark on a guided journey through the rivers, fields, and forests of private land in Notre Dame, New Brunswick, led by the esteemed Chef Emmanuel. Along the way, we will explore the art of foraging, gathering wild ingredients, and learning about the region’s natural bounty. The experience culminates in a fireside cooking demonstration, where we will witness the transformation of the harvest into a delectable meal. The adventure concludes with a thoughtfully crafted wilderness-themed lunch, celebrating the flavors of the land.

- The Local Brix Experience Tour
Delegates will begin their day with a visit to Local by Atta, a family-owned vertical farming facility dedicated to growing fresh, pesticide-free leafy greens year-round. From there, the journey continues to The Brix Experience, nestled in a beautifully restored century-old building in downtown Moncton. Here, delegates will step into a world of fine cuisine, exceptional wines, and expertly crafted cocktails. The experience will feature guided wine and cocktail tastings, interactive culinary demonstrations, and a gourmet lunch—each element showcasing the talent of local chefs and the rich flavours of the region’s finest ingredients.

- The Gourmet Trail: Bonte to Magnetic Hill Tour
Delegates will kick off the day with an exclusive tour and tasting at Bonte Foods, a state-of-the-art processing facility where we’ll discover the story behind Bonte’s exceptional line of products. From there, the journey continues to Magnetic Hill Winery, where guests will swirl, sniff, sip, and savour award-winning wines. The experience culminates with a delicious lunch, perfectly paired with stunning panoramic views of Moncton’s picturesque landscape.

- Turning the Tide Tour
For thousands of years, the powerful tides of the Bay of Fundy have shaped a breathtaking natural wonder in Hopewell Cape, New Brunswick. This unforgettable experience includes a guided tour of Hopewell Rocks Provincial Park, where we will have the opportunity to walk along the ocean floor at low tide, marveling at the towering rock formations carved by the sea. - Shediac Bay Lobster Tour
Set sail on an award-winning marine adventure that combines hands-on learning with an unforgettable lobster feast! We’ll travel to Shediac, the "Lobster Capital of the World," to explore the Lobster Interpretation Centre and uncover the secrets of this iconic Maritime delicacy. Then, we’ll step aboard an authentic lobster boat for a seafaring excursion, complete with the chance to haul up a lobster trap.
