For anyone who is not attending the Honour Society Dinner, we are pleased to recommend the following operators, who are excited to showcase their local culinary expertise to our members.

Reservations are recommended.

Atelier Tony

Atelier Tony, located in the heart of Dieppe directly across from the Dieppe Farmers Market (that's no accident), is a French & Fusion restaurant with an open kitchen, a lively dining room with plants festooned from high ceilings, and a casual service style. The chef-driven menus, changing with the seasons, highlight local ingredients and international flavors.

Atelier Tony has been featured in national and international media, but at its heart remains a neighbourhood restaurant serving regulars and tourists alike for weekend brunch, weekday lunch, and dinner from Wednesday to Saturday.

Atelier Tony is opening its doors for attendees on Tuesday evening for the conference and is offering an exclusive five-course tasting menu priced at $95 with limited seating available.

The Pumphouse Brewpub

The Pump House Brewpub was opened in downtown Moncton in 1999. The first beers on tap at that time were Cadian Cream Ale, Fire Chief's Red Ale, Muddy River Stout and Pail Ale. All of which are still popular to this day. Later that year they launched Blueberry Ale as a seasonal beer, but it was such a hit that they very quickly brought it into the regular rotation and haven't stopped brewing it since.

The menu features a traditional pub fare with local flare. Their signature pizzas, baked in a Wood-Fired Oven, are a local favourite. Each pizza crust is handmade, using the finest hard wheat flour, olive oil and a measure of their hand-crafted beer, topped with a special tomato sauce and whole milk mozzarella.
