Matt Rolfe is a hospitality leadership coach, speaker, and entrepreneur who mentors leaders in the hospitality industry toward unlocking their true potential. As founder of Results Hospitality and Westshore Hospitality Group, he has worked with hundreds of leadership teams throughout North America.

Beginning his career with companies like Bacardi and Labatt/Anheuser Busch, Matt has become an industry expert dedicated to helping leaders examine the human element of their businesses and execute effective team building strategies unique to their needs. Over his 15+ years leading Westshore Hospitality Group, Matt has studied hundreds of operations and identified what the top ten percent do that is fundamentally different from the rest of the industry.

Asking the question, "What do they do that makes them stand out from the competition?" Matt has developed concepts that have been tested, challenged, proven and continuously improved. Everything he coaches and advocates for is based on experience, successes and failures.

Pete Bombaci is a pioneering social change leader and the founder and CEO of GenWell, a Canadian non-profit organization dedicated to fostering Canada’s Human Connection Movement since its inception in 2016. With an unwavering commitment to social connection and social health, Pete spearheads GenWell's mission to educate, empower, and catalyze Canadians around the importance of social health and its positive impact on mental, physical, and societal well-being.

Under Pete's visionary leadership, GenWell has become a catalyst for positive change, activating social health educational programming across sectors, including workplaces, classrooms, community organizations, and senior groups. In addition, GenWell activates six population-level campaigns annually, mobilizing Canadians to embrace meaningful connections with family, friends, neighbours, classmates, colleagues, and even strangers, fostering a culture of inclusion, connection, belonging, and community.

Pete's career in the non-profit sector predates the establishment of GenWell. Notably, he served as the Country Director of the Movember Canada Foundation for five years, leading the team to raise $142 million for men’s health initiatives and becoming the largest fundraising country globally during his tenure.

Pete is a sought-after speaker, panelist, and thought leader on the power of human connection, social health, and building cultures of connection in workplaces, campuses, classrooms, and communities. He continues to inspire individuals, businesses, policymakers, and philanthropists to invest in social connection to build a more connected Canada where everyone thrives.
