Savour NB is a newly formed non-profit, industry-led organization committed to promoting and supporting local food and beverage producers, processors, chefs and culinary artisans in New Brunswick. Its purpose is to connect communities with New Brunswick’s rich culinary heritage and to support the sustainability, innovation, and growth of the local food and beverage industry.

The Saveur NB Food and Beverage Partnership aims to strengthen collaboration within the food and beverage ecosystem while addressing gaps, build pride of place by promoting taste of place, linking culinary heritage to New Brunswick’s identity, support food and beverage businesses' growth, and work with all levels of government to promote the value and importance of the food and beverage sector to the provincial economy.
