Description
The Culinary Federation Callebaut Chocolate Culinary Challenge is a premier competition held during the annual Culinary Federation National Conference, showcasing creativity, precision, and artistry in chocolate.
Our 3 competitors are Clarizza Amansec from CF Toronto, Miranda McElwain from CF Edmonton and Tyler Kichler from CF Southwestern Ontario.
The challenge will be held on Wednesday, May 27, 2026, from approximately 8:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., as part of the Product Showcase Day.
Competition Requirements:
- Competitors must prepare one chocolate showpiece
- A sketch or computer-generated design must be submitted in advance or presented with the piece
- The showpiece must not exceed:
- 12 inches in height
- 7 inches in width
This challenge celebrates technical excellence and artistic expression, inviting chefs to push the boundaries of chocolate craftsmanship in a competitive and inspiring environment.
