Built on the established World Chefs Competition Seminar framework, this seminar offers participants access to world-class instruction, current competition criteria, and practical insights that elevate both competition performance and judging expertise.

Led by Steven Jilleba, CMC of the American Culinary Federation — a seasoned competition chef, Certified Master Chef, past ACF National Culinary Competition Chair, and winner of multiple international awards — this seminar blends technical knowledge with real-world judging perspective.
