The night begins with a refined reception curated by Culinary Team Canada, offering guests the opportunity to mingle, reconnect, and enjoy thoughtfully crafted bites that reflect precision, creativity, and national pride—all in one of the country’s most celebrated culinary settings.

Following the reception, guests will be invited to take their seats for an extraordinary dining experience curated by Chef Jason Bangerter and his talented culinary team. This multi-course dinner will showcase exceptional technique, inspired flavours, and a deep respect for ingredients, creating a memorable culinary journey worthy of the Honour Society distinction. More than a dinner, this is an evening of recognition and connection—bringing together respected peers to celebrate achievement, share stories, and honour the individuals who continue to elevate Canada’s culinary landscape.
