This interactive panel will feature a conversation between Nordic culinary experts on the concept of sustainable production in the context of the Nordic Vision 2030 and the UN Sustainable Development Goals. Panelists will speak to how it is practiced and prioritized across the Nordic region, and how these approaches to sustainability may be transferable to Canada. Moderated by Chef Shonah Chalmers, Co-Chair of the Feed the Planet Committee at Worldchefs, audience engagement with the panelists will be highly encouraged during this session.
