Join Rebecca Mackenzie from Culinary Tourism Alliance, for a customized tour of FeastON certified venues throughout the region. Start the day at Westcott Vineyards with welcome branch canapés prepared by FeastON Chefs Ricky+Olivia, followed by a guided wine tasting with the Westcotts. Then head to Redstone Winery for lunch, wine flights and a talk with the Culinary Director about how they embrace the local sourcing movement. From there, we will visit Peller Estates to meet Chef Jason Parsons for a tour of this grand estate and learn more about how he curates their weekly menu, designed to showcase what they are harvesting from the Peller Estates garden.
