• 6 teams of 6 will compete.
• Black Box with common table of ingredients
• No list provided ahead of time
• Station set up is a surprise
• Points for:  creativity, taste, presentation, best use of common table ingredients, best use of black box ingredients, fun heckling, blackmailing of judges is okay, in fact it’s encouraged!
• Competing for bragging rights and the title of 2023 Culinary Federation Quick Fire Champs!
