This is an interactive demonstration of cannabis infusion and service techniques for dining, service and mixology. Chef Tim Pettigrew and Thomas O’Neill of Aggressive Organics will run through a series of drinks, bartending methods, culinary infusion techniques, terpenes, precision dosing, effects, and then they will discuss and take questions from the audience.
